Naturally, 50 lbs. is not a great deal of product if you are running a busy Corn Dog operation. It s not uncommon for a high volume operator to use over 200 lbs. of mix per week. The approx. yield is 400-450 hotdogs per case. Yields vary depending on the size of the hotdog.
